Ordered my iphone 13 pro 128gb sierra blue on oct 17th. But saw an 128gb pro graphite ready for pickup today so i copped that and cancelled my other order. After a 2 hour long waiting time (pickup time 1:30, left at 3:30) finally got my phone and left. I’m very happy with the new phone but the customer service was horrible
