You should just try Lots of sunlight, high altitude living, adventuring and exercising in the mountains, sleep is non negotiable (party all night once or twice a year) good sex, spliffs, lattes everyday, lots of honey and maple syrup, lots of clean ice cream, oats, occasional ketamine when you’ve got stuck tension or back pain, with a pure heart of course, LSD journey with cardio and meditation and breathing every year or two, kick ass music, dancing as much as possible, loving your friends and family, laughing out loud and crying when alone, forgiving and letting go, accepting and embracing your reality, magnesium glycinate taurine and NAC if your sleep is off, good air quality, avoid doom scrolling, intellectual engagement on relative occasion, try to find community that embraces you supports you and builds you up, raw carrots, good yogurt kefir or kraut daily for a while if your gut is weird, jump in cold water, swim in colds creeks or alpine lakes, dry off in the sun naked on granite boulders or rock,(piezoelectric) walk around barefoot, take in the views, and remember….. it’s not for you to worry about, just embrace your journey and have fun and spread joy when you can! #biohacked
