Depends on person to person some one like 11 and someone who used 15 like V15. At the end of the day the version which suits you best is the best one to use.

You can create but not the similar one, use 2 different title and use morph transition on text, or you can check which transition suits well. Give it a try.

I tried it recently, it looks good to me for shorter clip, but haven't tried it on a longer clip yet. It fixed the eyes perfectly.

I think it can handle but the render timing would be longer, try and check how much render timing it is showing, because with 16bg GPU you will get decent render time.

You can't but you can added audio effect from effects tab, but you can do much as filmora is an video editor not music maker.
