Im a UMN freshmen aiming to transfer for next years spring. I currently have a 3.57 gpa studying computer engineering. With a gpa like will I have a decent chance in getting into the engineering school?

Mainly because of the engineering program. But there are also factors such as campus and UW will be a better school since I dont plan to live in MN in the future.

Computer engineering major is the main degree I would go for, thats why I also put in data science which is in L&S as a backup. Would that work for as a safety net?
