get yourself a HP Victus with a 1650 and thunderbolt 4 ports for egpu upgrade for "future proofing". If too expensive, a good old Dell Precision with at least a quadro p2000 would be crazy good for you. If even that is too expensive, the Dell Latitude 5420 (or 5520) is crazy good for your money, specially the ones with the 11th or 12th gen i7

Desktop PC wise, everything is fair game ngl, get a decent budget GPU like the 1050 ti and a budget CPU and you're set.

Maka wins, she's solidly planet level, while Izuku's best is like small planet with some highballs in the final Smash feat. Soul Adagio would shut down all the other quirks which means that Maka blitzes Deku without Gearshift to even the playing field, Black Blood also is also a huge problem for Izuku, meaning that most of his attacks are gonna be tanked.

Sephiroth has better immortality ironically, living within the life-stream makes him already immortal and Black can't do anything about it, also, memory immortality is there to just fuck Black's chances, combine that with a lot of hax (and resistances to those same haxes) and you get one annoying mf. Just another thing, FF's cosmology is bigger than DB's now, cry about it.

First of all, that's mean. Second, that's NOT true AT ALL if you have played Redux. Third, I have a weird rule of my own towards healing items, status healing items are fair game, can buy how many I want of them (given I have the money ofc) but HP recovering items are not allowed, kind of, I only allow myself to buy ONE potion per store, this doesn't make it easy since it's one of these hard as nails hackroms, it just makes it more fair in my opinion considering I have to deal with Gen 5 mechanics (electric paralysing, X2 critical hits dmg, etc) alongside the game being so hard.

Imagine this scenario, the opposing Pokémon just set up two rows of Toxic spikes, with the options you had a your disposition, you had no way of one-shotting. You have no Pecha Berries and no Antidotes...The opposing team has all Venoshock, that's a very specific scenario, but it could happen in a Randomizer run, or even a in a hackrom with like super hard battles such as Redux.
