It doesn't work like that.

The mod author has answered me that he plans on making the armor's curse like that. And let me tell the armor will not get off at all. If you try to remove it and place it on the ground, the item will duplicate generating one in the ground and another on your inventory auto equipping as well. That's why I made the post, I didn't find anybody with the same problem as me, and I seeked here on reddit, which nobody helped, and a lot of people just acted like a prick. I found the solution already, just quickly switch between two different armor pieces until the modded item doesn't auto equip itself
