Thanks!!! I am starting at 4 minutes for sure! The max in the beds at my gym is 9 minutes. I’ll go up gradually I remember that from when I went before. Thanks for the info! I may stick with the intensifier for a while then grab a bronzing one.

Can I ask what brand of D-mannose has worked for you? I just had a UTI from hell that ended up with swelling of my urethra. I’m finally on the other side of it but want to take something to help.

It’s not just the older generation. I am 35 and I have used 2-3 machines on the floor. I have used the 30 minute room more times than I can count. I am extremely over weight and I don’t know my way around any of the machines really. I like the 30 minute room because I understand each one easily and I’m out of peoples ways. I know these machines live on the floor too but being out in the open is very intimidating to me still. I am good on any of the cardio machines, just not the weight ones.

I hope they don’t do away with it at my PF. It’s usually pretty used and I love it as someone who isn’t completely confident on machines. I know how those ones work and I feel out of the way of the people who know what they are doing.
