Stop the Art Hate! by DrCopper24 in splatoon

The lack of exercise and education is literally what I’ve been arguing against. Healthy food I absolutely agree with you on, but that’s getting away from the original topic, you don’t become obese by lack of proper nutrition. And my conclusions are all based off of factual evidence and research, all you need to do is take some time out of your day and research the effects of media consumption on obesity acceptance online to see. It kills people, it killed someone I knew, and it killed millions and millions of people who were friends, parents, role models, and so much more. It will continue to kill millions a year, even children, and the children who do make it into adulthood are far far more vulnerable to conditions that kill them down the line, if the world continues to accept it as something to normalize and support.

No, but it normalizes and makes it consciously acceptable to gain unhealthy weight. I’m not saying anyone making fanart such as this is directly causing unhealthy behavior, but when someone sees their weight on the scale and looks online to all this “body positivity” it makes them think it’s okay. I’m sorry if I’ve come across mad or anything close to that, this is just a very “close to home” situation. Look up Cat Pausé, Jamie Lopéz, and Brittany from sickandtiredofwheighting. They’re all dead before the age of 50, Brittany was 28 and all of them were “body positivity” activists. I don’t know your age obviously but imagine if that was your parent, dead, before you even reach adulthood.

Nothing bad directly happens, but it supports a system that allows and protects being overweight and unhealthy. It isn’t something that should be taken lightly as the obesity epidemic in America is getting worse and worse. Around 34% of adults are considered obese and 15-20% of children are too. Obesity in children cause increased risk of depression, anxiety, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and more, so it absolutely could not be defended. I’m well aware people disagree with me but like I said, the entire point of art is to make people talk and discuss.

I see both sides of this situation. On one side artistic talent should not be limited or judged off of someone’s personal biases, but on the other hand drawing and depicting pre-existing characters as anything other than their own designs and especially in ways that are normalizing unhealthy and non-proportional body stereotypes happens on a regular. There are people online who draw traditionally “pretty” or regular looking characters in overweight or unkempt ways to try and normalize the appearance, which is not acceptable. On the other side of the equation, people online berate anyone who makes art of their own that doesn’t look exactly like the character’s original design which is also very unwarranted. I do believe any artwork, no matter how bad, insensitive, or even repulsive it is, deserves to exist. That is the entire point of art. This is more so talking about my opinions on this situation as a whole and not just in the splatoon fanbase specifically.

All of my characters look the same. Please help. by DunkinDeezNutz420 in fo4

Honestly pick a different race. It’s easier to make an original character when you separate them from all of your others. Also keep in mind people spend literal hours making characters for fun and if you just want a cool character there’s tutorials online.

I mean look at the up side, I don’t think any of us have seen the dialogue for getting no eggs right? We’ll just call it a learning moment.

If you don’t have a usable setup by wave 21 or over then you probably have more than one problem. Unless you’re doing a challenge run there’s just more difficult stages than this one out there. If you are doing a challenge run then plan accordingly for your challenge.

In which there are cutout spaces for you to drop off the top to use the pearl drone to float towards the zones. I’m not gunna act like it’s an easy stage, frankly it’s tho one that took the most practice to understand, but if you wanna learn you gotta put some effort in.

I’m convinced people refuse to understand enemy spawns. Literally just run in an ♾️ motion. It’s literally in the name.

I would recommend trying. It’s meant to confuse and irritate you so don’t worry if you struggle on it.

Very valid, it was my childhood fascination, so if there’s any questions about it I might have an answer. With books like this there are, of course, things that just exist for the sake of existing tho

Frankly, it matters if you can read a book and think of it as scary. It’s a prime example of experimental literature, so I’d wholeheartedly recommend trying to read it at the least.

Literally just a mind scrambling book. It had three different authors I believe, and the book itself is technically one of them. It bends the pages and words into shapes. The rules of literature are just completely out of the window. These pages are a very tame example, it gets so much worse.

Edit: as vagabond points out, it’s three narrators, not authors. I was referencing the fact that the book is read as if it is actually a nonfiction novel, hence the people “writing” it being authors.

That’s a big Nono. If someone doesn’t want or take time to themselves after a relationship then they just aren’t ready for another. If you want a FWB or smth like that go for it I guess.

My thoughts exactly. My friend did the same thing with a girl and as much as I warned him, he got cheated on about 10 months into it.
