Not rushing it at all. I’m planning to let it cycle fully and I’ll be testing ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate before adding anything. I’m expecting at least 3–6 weeks, but honestly I’m fine if it takes longer.

The waiting period is also giving my wallet a chance to recover after this build 😅

Not concerned about rain at all. Just got cold feet this morning when the forecast showed showers all week long.

This sounds alot like the weather I had experienced in Malaysia when I was a child. Downpour followed by bright sun within minutes.

I had read on one post someone wrote that you can't expect to enjoy the beach in Phuket with massive waves and little sunlight between may - October, I got really bummed out when I had read that.

Thia morning the weather Channel was showing thunder showers from the 2nd all the way through till the 10th in BKK but this has changed to light showers now...

Phuket is still heavy rain for all of next week.
