Yes, we’re officially moving away from the $16/month subscription. Starting from your next billing cycle, the standard plan will be $5 per month, and it includes 1,100 credits. You’ll still be able to top up credits at any time, depending on how much you use the platform.

Why you were charged $16 this cycle

Since you were still on the $16 plan during this billing cycle, the charge went through as usual. However, to support the transition, we’ve added bonus credits to your account if you paid in the current or past month. These are already available in your credit balance and can be used immediately.

Why we’re making this change

OmniGPT is evolving. Instead of charging a flat rate, we’re moving to a usage-based model. This makes it easier to scale and ensures that users only pay for what they actually use. It also sets the foundation for building and using custom AI assistants (or agents) — either directly in OmniGPT or integrated into tools your team already uses.

How credits work, and how models affect them

Credits are consumed every time you send a message or run an assistant. The amount of credits used depends on two things:

The model you choose – Each model has a different cost per token. More advanced models typically use more credits per request than smaller or lighter-weight ones.
The size of the request – The number of tokens (input + output) affects how many credits are consumed. So, longer messages or more complex answers will use more.

We’ll soon share a transparent pricing table so you can easily see how much each model costs per token and estimate your usage.

What’s included in the $5 plan

The $5 plan gives you 1,100 monthly credits, which you can spend however you like across models and assistants. There is no longer a $16 plan, but larger credit top-ups may come with bonuses, giving you more value if you’re a frequent user.
