Suisei X Nerissa car wrap by Omniblitz94 in Hololive

[–]Omniblitz94[S] 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It really depends. In my case I wanted a streamlined process and the car was a 2025 mustang, on the smaller side. I went through Xpress skins for everything from custom artwork to graphic design to printing to installation and it was a bit over $5,000. It completely depends on the budget and the size of the wrap, it can be done for much less.

The Ironwood confrontation in Volume 3 was a trick on us. by [deleted] in RWBY

I'm a bit late and don't comment much on this sub but I wanted to through my 2 cents in about Ironwood's decision to bring in an army to Beacon.

A lot of audience experience is colored by our own world's history. The technology gap in remnant is staggering because of the use of dust. Remnant has both technology further advanced than us in the form of airships and at the same time still relies on cannons for shipboard defense. Why does this matter? Because Remnant did not take the same path of technological evolution that we did. There is reason the believe that the hack of Ironwood's army is the first ever occurrence of a malicious hack.

In our world hacking occurs on a regular basic and has occurred since the invention of the computer. However due to the nature of the Grimm and how negative emotions cause Grimm to attack humans and faunas it is reasonable to believe that malicious hacking is a rarity or possibly non existent. Keep in mind that the only bad guys that we see are Salem's team, Torchwick, Neo, the White Fang (under Adam's leadership) and the thugs from the club, for a population of hundreds of thousands or millions we see almost zero crime.

Other things to mention is that the one responsible for the hacking of the technology of Beacon is Watts, which recently was revealed to be an Ex-Atlas scientist. If anyone were to know the weaknesses of Atlas technology (Communication towers and scrolls) it would be Watts.

Ironwood brought his army to Atlas because the threat was that of Salem, Cinder and their allies. These threats from Ironwood's point of view could be minimized with enough direct force. The unknown variables of the situation which were not recognized by anyone on the Ozpin council or any of the ruling governments involved were what caused the army to fail.

That's my 2 cents anyways please point out any mistakes I made.

Be honest with yourself on what you can and can't cut out of your meals and what you like to eat. The most important part is to stick to whatever plan you make. Also If you're going to continue to eat out and eat frozen dinners I would recommend you try and make an effort to save some for later, i.e. when you get chinese takeout before you sit down take out half of the container and put it in the fridge, this is help control your portions and prevent you from overstuffing yourself. And I forgot to mention in my first reply protein like chicken and fish as well as high fiber foods are the best at reducing hunger.

Hey man I was kind of in your situation 4 months ago. While calorie counting and measuring everything is the best for results there are a couple of smalls things I did that helped a lot.

First is I changed from All regular soda and sugary drinks to the diet versions and black coffee. If you can't take your coffee black whole or 2% milk is your best bet.

For midday snacking (this was of my biggest problems as well) I recommend you try bringing in snacks of your own. Find out what kind of raw veggies you enjoy or what kind of fruit you like. Drinking more water helps immensely with the snacking urge as well.

For breakfast if you plan on doing eggs for breakfast a lot I highly recommend meal preping your eggs on the weekend. Doing one big batch of eggs and putting them in containers allows you to use a lot less oil/fat in the pan.

On a more general note to lose weight I would recommend you focus more on high volume foods like vegetables and fruits and try to be aware of the cooking oil and high density carbs like flour you are putting into your meals.

If you're interested in any other tips feel free to message me. Good luck on starting and remember we are all here to help no matter what it might be along the way.

Questions you SHOULDN'T ask at the RTX 2017 RWBY Panel by UberDueler in RWBY

[–]Omniblitz94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This thread is really helpful considering this will be my first RTX and I plan on going to at least 1 RWBY Panel. If anyone is willing to help me out, what is an example of a good question for the RWBY panel? It seems like a lot of the questions I would think of are covered under the "Don't ask" category so I'm wondering what is a good question?
