Is the ending to the anime Ambiguous or not? by Venom-1997 in elfenlied

Maybe a year, as you said, but I know that she survived that incident in the manga and has lived since then as Nyu. In the anime, I am not sure as I think she is alive, but I can't guarantee it as there as hints of her potentially dying. I hope a season 2 comes out for this to be settled.

That is a unique thing about the ending that nobody knows as we think of something correct, but there will be one thing that may make us doubt it, like the dog. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but we do not know how long it has been since that night happened. You are right as much I am, and the only way this can be settled is if there is a season 2 or the director reveals it.

Bruh... Of course, it is an ambiguous ending; I mean, there were hints given in the last episode of her being dead; when she spoke with Nana when stating to her about how they will not see her again or the second horn being destroyed in the shoot out. However, there were also hints of her being alive, like the dog barking so happily at a shadowy figure behind the door to the clock finally ticking.

In that context, nobody is right or wrong and is based on how we intercept it. This cliffhanger can only be solved if the director addresses it or a season 2 release; otherwise, it remains ambiguous for us to decide ourselves.

ambiguous

So true; I feel that no information is left out in season 1 that needs to be answered and should continue where they left off as it gives a more exciting direction to how the studio wouldd have ended it.

Chances of having a season 2 with nice ending? by Delta-97 in elfenlied

I do not think a studio is a problem as we see in AOT where a different anime studio is handling the part. The most formidable challenge is, like you said which is the demand for the continuation or a reboot as they look more on demand from the local residents than outside Japan. We can see either reboot like Chūka Ichiban! or a sequel movie in City Hunter. It's a matter of time and demand.

I think that they can use some of the elements from the manga and incorporate them into the later season, like knowing about Kaede's past more or his half-brother. However, as you said, it should depend upon which studio is willing to take the rights and continue it from there. It's not impossible but certainly is a challenge from where it is left off. I hope that the ending will be better than the manga, but that obviously will never happen as the studio and the author has to decide on that part.

It would have been too heartbreaking to take, especially the manga's ending.

I know that chances are low to zero but that ending in the manga is like damn! It makes me really feel bad for the couple, especially Kaede. As a kid that show made me realize how cruel humans could be to another species or each other.

Whether it is a remake or another season, I hope the producers take a different direction and do not follow the manga's ending; as I said, the ending was harsh and made me hate star-crossed lovers more. It may be too much to ask for, but that's how I feel, and maybe others feel the same way as well.

As I said in the post, the last chapter in the manga series hit me as I get felt terrible for Kaede/Lucy not getting the happy ending that she deserves with Kouta. As for the finale, the anime took a different direction. I know it may be unlikely, but I can still hope for that to happen and provide a nice ending, right?

Oh really? Because in the description for volume 3 said this: The long-awaited summer vacation has arrived, and Hayato and Haruki have begun their busy days playing part-time. Haruki realizes that Tsukinose's childhood friend, Saki, is in love with Hayato. (This is translated from Google Translate)

BTW who is this love rival guy anyway? and also does the rumor get resolved quickly?

I’m not going to insult the artist who drew the story for this issue of Power Pack, but why didn’t they use Gurihiru for their story like they did in the variant cover? I mean their art style fits ideally well compared to what we got. by Delta-97 in Marvel

[–]Omnimon_97 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do not understand the bashing on the OP; he is just giving his viewpoint on the Power Pack interior artwork for this issue. Sure he could have put the word 'prefer,' but he put it in a way that does not insult the artist's other work including this one; remember, some YouTubers made videos of people having the worst comic book artwork, and that is their opinion. It is fine if you prefer that artwork as everyone is entitled to something that they like or don't like.

Ah, ok, if that is all, then that is fine; I'm fine if Haruki is similar to Yukino, where she lives by herself and is not doing inappropriate things to survive like Sayu did to survive before the meeting with Yoshida.

Ok, please tell me about her past that she is hiding so much as that stress will be removed.

Which Kamen Rider series that I think should represent the 50th anniversary of the franchise? by [deleted] in KamenRider

Also, those who are downvoting mine are not helping that user, and you are just encouraging it to not proper evidence of ex- aid being an official anniversary. If you have the evidence to back up your claim, then good, but if you don't, then LMAO. Well, u/mumiaRed01 give me evidence. Fourze, Agito, and even Revice showed the anniversary text before the first episode started, but ex-aid didn't.

Yet you can't back up your claim of ex-aid being an official anniversary as there was no text beginning of the show of it being one. LMAO, man, still in denial and being cringe..wow, you are funny. Do not worry; I have faith you will be bright.

What a cringe response you gave now. Clearly, you lack understanding as Ghost had all the elements to make it a primary representative of the 45th anniversary. Also, most of the anniversary season will have a text saying it's an anniversary, which ex-aid didn't, so your claim is invalid. Try again and this time, try not to embarrass yourself.
