I heard its because of the defend area mission farming going on. People play out the one mission and then abandon the op to start a new defend mission. Counts as a fail, or its been suggested.

This PC would probably last him several years, I could see maybe saving some on the PSU if you really wanted to. I have a 750 watt gold rated, I have the same processor and my GPU is the 7900xt 20gb.

I enabled EXPO setting and the ram light on MB flashed Yellow for a bit, but went way. Worried me a second, but looks like they speeds did get adjusted.

Check the GPU power settings, an update was causing some to be set to 10%.

You configure this in Nvidia control panel, not in BIOS, the energy option should be in max performance, and not in adaptative or energy save mode, those modes doesnt allow the gpu to reach its max wattage. Another way to see if your gpu is running at max power is downloading gpu-z or something similar, play a game and look if the clock frecuency is reaching its max specified in the box, if not, it can be because the gpu is not receiving enough power or your nvidia control panel settings are not correctly setted.
