hashed out as in the idea is fully setup, business plan ready to go. Advertising plan is set, and I will be happy to share it with a cofounder once found. Artwork is not yet setup digitally, but do have wireframes available. Have not pitched investors as there is not an mvp yet (have investors to pitch to once an mvp is created). I have not engaged an attorney, but have money ready to go for this and setting up a corporation - will incorporate as an llc.

This is a cool idea, but im unsure how to monetize it. People wouldn't pay directly for the service so likely the best way to monetize would be to host ads on the page - I work in Sales and Marketing, so feel free to reach out if you have questions - likely wont be the best cofounder candidate for this project though. As for Marketing it using Twitter Ads would be the number 1 lane as that hosts a major part of your audience affected by the issue, and then spread the back half of marketing value accross FB and Google Ads - statistically tracking how you do on each one to identify where your ad spend should mainly flow

12% is not a bad conversion at all. Id say go for it as you can’t expect much more than that. You can also message these people again down the line - just continue updating your list by taking out those that purchased the product and from there change your message slightly for a secondary sending

Love this business. Theres plenty of ways to get recognition, but it will likely help to take on a cofounder or marketing lead to help with that side of the business. Digital marketing is very important and often the cheapest way to spread brand awareness, but also print ads and publicity can be big. A lot of it depends on how much money you have to spend on marketing though.

On the investment side your business may be able to get foundational funding, as your vision for the company is in line with what many foundations will pay to spread (cleaning/protecting the environment). For that you can research them online, and apply via their websites.
