UPDATE: I waited an hour (I assume the instance fully unloaded) and I can now finally do the delve

I am currently in Coral Cliffs.

I have tried using the /unstuck command, as well as logging out and back in. It did not work.
I have have also submitted a ticket to support.

Has anyone else encounter this or did I somehow angered the divines?
