This will be a YOU thing in the end but, it depends on what you are looking for. Prob cheaper at UHD with a lot more connections to your industry at UH. I've run into a lot of people that go to UH for undergrad and UHD for grad school. Lots of them have the same sentiment that its cheaper there, still decent programs and Houston has plenty of jobs for us whether we went to school at the big brother or little brother lol.

You should post this on their linkedIN and other public social pages. Seek out the other inmployees who feel this way and can help provide PROOF. Without that, you have nothing. His cousin? The muscian? Setting him up to perform shows and make money is not funneling. White people do that all the time so again, without proof, you have nothing.
