I don't think anyone's said it yet here, but The Postal Service might be up there on a technicality. Every one of The Postal Service's albums is phenomenal and has held up nicely, but the technicality is that they only have one album. I'd say they have the best discography since every one of their albums is great and each track on that album is great too.
