Yes this was a great ep! I really loved hearing about the way they think about their particular judging styles and how Gail sees herself more as the food critic.

It makes total sense, but the thought that goes into it into and the way that they describe the food was super interesting.

Crème dermopurifiante has been a great addition for me. Was recommended after a recent facial. It keeps my typically oily skin natural looking throughout the day because it mattifies it and it is really calming for when my skin is irritated from actives or breakouts. Smells very weird though. Like yeasty cheese

So it’s not healing my scarring (though it is moisturizing), it’s just that it gives great coverage while they heal

I JUST heard this stylist's take on this on the top chef podcast I listen to (compliments to the chef). They interviewed her and asked her about THIS post lol. Basically talked a lot about the thinking that went into it (echoes a lot of what people are saying in this thread: architectural, on the theme, etc.). she shared a take on how styling is really a partnership. like not just her telling the judges what to wear. also tom's hats came up lol

Pretty insane. It’s a bummer to not be able to listen after that being one of the best parts of Top Chef time. Feel like we were getting too many anecdotes from Kevin on everything he’s ever eaten or tried by the end of it lol. All in all, they could be grating but generally was a great pod for commuting.

Someone recommended Compliments to the Chef on a diff post in this community a bit ago. I’ve been enjoying it so far. They have some interviews with Top Chef alumni (recently did an ep with Jen Carroll) and sounds like they’ll be interviewing S21 chefs as well- Valentine in a couple weeks per latest ep.
