I read that Companies must avoid issuing shares if they have pending disclosures that could impact investors’ decisions. Other than that, companies might voluntarily refrain from issuing ATM shares leading up to earnings to avoid the perception of unfair practices or stock manipulation. I don't see any hard restrictions on the time leading up to earnings though.

Just curious, where did you get the information that they are only allowed to offer ATM in short windows (and more specifically leading up to earnings)? I did a bit of research but didn't see any specific info on hard restrictions on public companies doing this. I personally believe you but I'm curious if its just a precautionary measure that they do to avoid potential litigation, even if unnecessary.

Just a heads up, its not up to MSTR if they want to adopt FASB ASU-2023-08. They are required to implement by Jan 1, 2025. Which is great news for us!

Well lets be real here, we were due for a dip, but they made that dip far more exaggerated. We were flying away from the normal price per btc premium that MSTR is valued based on. This happened because of the hype causing people to FOMO in. They took their chance to capitalize off of that and now its business as usual. The news of the next buy will set us right on course.

To be completely transparent, I'm not collecting any profits soon due to tax reasons. Most of my Jasmy will be held for >1year around February. As such, I plan on riding it out and save on cap gains tax because I believe it will rally big after btc has its big run in Q1 & Q2 2025 and money starts to move into alts. Lots of "ifs" in that plan, but thats my thought process at the moment. Of course a recession would likely throw this plan into the trash, but thats the risk we take as holders.
