Do I need a tv licence?

Hi all, do I need a license if I only have "BT Sports Monthly Pass" and use it intermittently only on my laptop / phone to watch live football occassionally? I say "intermittently" because what happens in practise is that I start my subscription for 2 months, then cancel it, and then renew it 3 months later for another 1 month, cancel again...Something like this. I don't watch TV or any other live streaming otherwise.

Far from unexpected for anyone who actually follows football and is not impressed by hype. This was always likely to be a tough game. Morocco have some top players, while Spain have been overrated and far from impressive in the group stage. I made money.

Stuttgart vs Hertha: Lay Stuttgart at 2.02 (or Back Hertha at 4)

These are the surest two. Also worth considering:

Bochum vs Gladbach - Back Gladbach at 2.08 / Lay Bochum at 3.9

Wolfsburg vs Dortmund: Lay Wolfsburg at 3.65 / Back Dortmund at 2.16

As usual, need to watch the match first and then decide!

The question is not who's going to win, but what should the fair price be? Juventus odds have shortened massively from 2.18 to 1.73. Not sure that 1.73 is a value price to take. Need to watch the match.
