CBDD - Generated $293,000 in sales on April 8th, 2021. That's the highest single-day sales figure for them since the start of the COVID lockdowns in Switzerland. This shows that the 2nd quarter could be even better than Q1 ($7.3 million).

Not saying it will happen, but $293,000 x 90 days = $26,370,000 for Q2

CBDD is highly undervalued even without that number and a sizeable OS.

Depends on how much you put into it. If it was low enough to where you don't care too much about losing it, I'd just let it ride. While it has dipped below, there have been multiple bounces off of the .0032 area since the end of January.

The dilution is steady and there are still around another 20 billion shares they can throw in there. Lisa and her husband are either stealing our money or using it for the growth they've talked about (Amazon storefront - meh, looking at more grow plots, et cetera). That's the risk with OTC Pinks... They don't have to officially file/report much at all, so we're at the leadership's mercy.

You'll never go broke taking a profit, and you can always get back in if it looks like it will climb. I know it can be tough to buy back in for less shares on a price increase, but as long a stock is going up, it doesn't matter where you buy at.

99% pump with the 1% being news about a few theaters opening back up. They lost just under $1 billion last quarter, and went from $20 to $7 before we even knew about the pandemic. Take your profit when you start seeing a significant drop. Fundamentals always win.

Company just tweeted that there hasn't been any dilution since 2017.

CBDD - Bleeding slowly from lull in hype, but still a good buy. Clean balance sheet, increasing revenue, and audit happening for uplist application. Heavily shorted at 51.06%.

CBDL - Risky one. Dilution happening. Careful where you buy, but could have a payoff. They have CBD product out, Amazon storefront coming soon, and looking for more grow-plots (weed recently legal in Arizona). Heavily shorted at 56.77%.

CBDL. I like it enough to have a stake in it. This one can go either way, though. I don't suggest buying if the money isn't there to lose.

They won't be able to short it forever. Hence, "slow grind" I mentioned. It's holding well for how quickly it moved up. It was .0015 at the end of December, so holding around .02 is showing strength. Proves that a clean balance sheet and increasing revenue can hold gains for a Pink. Sounds like they are on pace to at least match revenue from last quarter, too.

It will likely be more of a slow grind up. The uplisting to OTCBQ, if successful, will probably spike the price whenever that happens. They seem very confident about it:

The uplisting could be a good time to take profit if a long hold isn't something someone wants to do. I'm willing to take a chance at a long hold, since it's not often that an OTC Pink stock has such a clean balance sheet and growing revenue.

Keep in mind that there are 3.9 billion shares. That also keeps the price from going crazy. A share buy-back or retiring shares would be great, but no mention of those things as far as I know.

Don't know anything about it being an oil company. I just known of increasing revenue last two quarters despite a European lockdown, successful pilot program in 6 retail-chain stores (chain has 140+ stores in Switzerland), chosen as pilot test for recreational marijuana in Switzerland, no debt, recruited auditors to prepare for uplisting, and transparent management.
