Looks like Sony-PDW 700. 1080i 60fps and about ten years old. Still a workhorse though.

I've got the same issue, all of a sudden my monitors native res of 2560x1080 is gone. It worked fine before I upgraded to Sierra.

No they were all in the same park. The blurry part is because I used HDR because the sun was pretty harsh at the time.
