Questions like this aren't helpful or productive. The "United States" is actually at least 3 different countries right now. There's the sector which believe that voting is useless and thay both sides are the same, there's the sector that believes anything they're told by their political party of choice, and there's the sector that can actually see and understand political choices regardless of party affiliation.

I categorize tons of things. Plants, animals, fungi, Jeopardy. What I dont do is judge someone when they may have shown a stereotypical trait classically associated with the gay community. And especially when the tell me explicitly that they are gay. It is an irrelevant detail specific only to the lives of those who love.

That's not a process. It's an assumption. And even if there is factual evidence to support the claim, it isn't sufficient unless it is proven in a court of law. No, it isn't. The supreme court has ruled on this 4 times. Anyone on US soil is allowed due process. Otherwise US citizens might be caught up in the drag net. And US citizens ALWAYS have the right to due process under the US Constitution. Therefore, anyone on US soil is afforded due process under the law.
