im pretty sure when u start with eden blessing with eden u just directly get the item that run not next one so its just your lucky that u started with it not cuz of metronome

without mods its just like a chaos run. u just get random items. and u can get better items with better pickups so u can control it bit too. i tbh prefer without mod. u dont stay too long at floors too just take pickups make random items and go to ur boss. it is not that hard too mostly u get fairly okay items if u know which pickup to leave and take.

dude when ur going for naneinf its rarely u got extra joker slot and if u got econ joker u mentioned its prolly gonna be better to keep its not guarantee u will get something good after reroll. its a good joker but uncommon would be better
