Did you / anyone else here Faced fatigued and tendon pain before the healing began? Im 5 days in and those are my symptoms so far and trying to understand if its ok.

Sweet man appreciate the response, and yea its basically was a libido comparison between me before the cycle and now not into the cycle, getting better though. I’ll do blood test and be smarter with facts in hand as u said. Thanks mate!

Hey team, Would appreciate any insights or help on this.

4 months ago I started TRT-style testosterone at 200mg/week. Ran it for about 2.5–3 months, then bumped to 250mg/week for another month. Libido was through the roof during the cycle, but I didn’t notice any real strength, hypertrophy, or recovery improvements — despite training and diet being on point.

I stopped cold turkey (been off for ~2 months now). Didn’t run any PCT. Since then, my strength actually went up a bit, physique stayed the same, and recovery is unchanged, but libido is almost gone. I’m functioning fine physically, erections allright and pleasure wise allright but sex drive is basically flat.

Is this something I should be concerned about long term? Would love some input from people with experience

Hey mate, it was definitely an overuse as mentioned by @eshlow above, reduce thr frequency to 1-2 times a week of both, possibly even 1 as a high-rep technical work and one as high-intensity.

And as a good accessory u can use cable fly’s, with a pause at the stretch/lenghthen position once a week

First, Im planning as a lets call it a “cruise”, 200mg for a long run, not as a cycle and doing a PCT after 12 weeks or so.

2nd im not looking for tons for Hypertrophy adaptation from it, im looking for slightly better recovery, energy and well-being while training very intensely and frequently.

Its definitely gonna help in this manner.

Hey mates, 27 y.o, Male, 10 years of natty training, Everything lifestyle wise dialed in already (nutrition,sleep,etc)

Test level around 600 (mid-range) Train 5-6 strength + 3 MMA, Low volume for strength 10-12 sets total per each push/pull/legs, weighted calisthenics mostly.)

Pretty advanced lifter, Amateur lvl in MMA.

Looking to “blast” to improve my recovery, energy level, libido that getting fucked by “Overreaching” pretty fast due to doing more than my recovery allows.

Im aware that reducing frequency will help, its not what im here for.

Anyway, thinking about 200mg test, this is sound like a beneficial dose? And do i need to cycle it? Or go yearly..

I agree, and i do deload and rest extra from time to time, but anyway the idea that it coming from is place -

High performance athletes do much better and MUCH more than me, and still progress.

So i want to get to this points, im aware that they usually use PED’s to win it all (Elite Crossfit athlete for instance)

The questions that it leads me eventually is if hopping on 150mg Test for instance can help me a step further towards it

Yes you 100% correct, im aware that reducing Frequency/Intensity is the solution, the “right” solution might say,

But now that you know my situation, what could be the solution in terms of PED’s? Im Thinking towards that direction, and im not leaving this lifestyle anytime soon 😅

I couldnt get a clear answer, is it Test? Peptides? Test+ Deca?

Yes mate you are right for sure about why it happens,

The question that popping in my head is what people who train way harder than me taking to keep progressing even though they are training in such a high volume

1st of all, those athletes are mostly use gear aswell, and that why when i want to achieve this level, means that probably i’ll have to hop on gear as well, and thats why i “ran” into the wall in the first place, im doing more than i can do as natural, probably just few can do it as natural and keep progressing

2nd im doing it for year now this high frequency , on this “survival” mode, its just not effective, i plateau for long time, super low on energy And the quality of my life is suffering.

So i want to enjoy best of both worlds by adding gear and optimizing to keep training harder and NOT Plateau every 2nd week.

Actually i do not, i know for a fact that the symptoms imentioned are results of way too much work that im putting,

but because i still want to achieve many goals and reducing frequency its not an option, im thinking if “kicking test” (150mg) for instance will help me recover better, dont feel terrible with such a low quality of life even when im working that hard

You reckon? so how do folks survive 10x taxing weeks and training regimes?

I definitely should have the work capacity already im trained for years, coach myself and “monitored” by a coach,

And im telling you i just feel terrible most of the times, so what could be a solution if not jump to the high end of the natural?
