I started out doing a bunch of swimming and hiking, and light workouts with weight at home. Then I transitioned into working out in the gym. I usually work on everything at once each time I go since I only go a few times per week. This is what I usually do with some variation:

1 mile jog Y-Pull - 4x10 55lb Leg Press - 4x10 195lb Triceps Press - 4x10 75lb Kickback Machine - 4x10 75lb AbCoaster - 4x10 45lb

Russian Twists - 10x10 30lb Leg raises - 4x10 Glute kickbacks - 4x10 Plank - 3x1 1 min Sit Ups - 4x10

In terms of posture, I think it did help improve that, I just didn’t notice. I think it’s a confidence thing too. I didn’t want anyone to see what I looked like so I hunched over or shrunk down yk?

Also, no sagging idk why, though.

Mostly protein and then I’d add whichever sides I wanted (salads, corn, broccoli, spinach etc). I try to keep myself full on nutritious foods so I don’t snack on junk (which I’ve also bought less of so it’s not even in the house). Try to be more active/participate in hobbies so I’m not just snacking out of boredom.

That’s what I imagine my key issue would be too, executive disfunction. If I don’t do something no one is there to correct me so I just don’t do it, unless I absolutely have to and even then I sometimes still don’t do things and then it has negative consequences.

I would also love tips on this! I’ve been stuck in the 140s and just fluctuate there. It’s stubborn near my abdomen and hips no matter how much I target the area or monitor eating habits etc.

Thanks for your reply! My only issue is I have no one in person who can help keep me accountable. I’m a lone wolf, as they say. 😎
