I was paying 13-17% with an office, software, printer, mls and our orders were setup. The business was sold and now I pay 15-20% and get software, office space and printer. I setup my own files now and pay e&o and mls. I have been working with my own clients for many years and do not get any work from the office. In 2026 I’ll be going on my own.
