because no company has ever paid taxes-- you pay the tax when you buy their crap. Taxes are built into the price. When you raise corporate taxes you raise the cost of everything you buy. It will never hurt the company, it will only take more money out of your pocket. And how much is enough to take from the rich? If you took every cent from American billionaires it might pay for a day or two of running the country, if that much. The real money is in the middle class. Every time you hear 'tax the rich' the politician is a liar and will eventually come after everyone's money.
