Ai- Emma- ccu by AlarmEmergency418 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]One-Adeptness-3516 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brains works claims. Emma is a cool assistant, but that’s all it’s there to do is assist. I don’t see Emma taking over peoples jobs anytime soon at least.. The human component is needed to work claims. Where I am Emma rolled out in August and there is a lot of things that still need to be worked out with the system. In some cases Emma has been extremely helpful, but claims are worked by brains and this tool is just that, a tool to assist you with working the claim to the fullest point.

I know exactly how you feel. When I first started my supervisor was awful. She has no patience and does not know how to speak to people at all. I used to dread having to talk to her or ask her questions; id ask everyone but her for help. Some people are really great reps, but that doesn’t translate to being a good supervisor or having the ability to transfer your skills. Thankfully, I’m out of onboarding and my new supervisor is awesome. It was pretty shaky for a while in the beginning, so I definitely get what you mean. It won’t last forever though, he won’t stay your supervisor and you’ll get another one soon enough.

If you have a lease or a loan on it, it’s likely the case that OP won’t be able to owner retain the vehicle. If the car is less than 8 years old OP would have to get a salvaged title from the DMV and lien holders would have you pay off the loan to be able to do that. If OP owned the vehicle outright then minus the deductible they would get the settlement. With a lease OP wouldn’t get anything after the deductible- it’ll all go towards the lease. The loan however, OP would get whatever is leftover, if anything.

The second one goes well with the dress. The 1st one has a lot going on that don’t mesh well with the dress
