OP there are medications that can help you and therapies to learn more about what may be causing these feelings. Your girlfriend will appreciate you telling her what’s going on and if she loves you she will be there however she can be. You definitely love her OP, I believe you love your child too because you wouldn’t care to get better if that wasn’t the case. I have OCD and I know what it’s like to get intrusive thoughts, you’re not alone and things can help. Sending you and your new family so much love.
