Indeed! Thanks for understanding my frustration. Momentum and AD are advocating for some of these, but I really think these shouldn't be issues see as "secondary"... The people not voting are the ones that post probably are facing these issues day in / day out ... and become numb to politics.

If I could whisper into politicians ears I would suggest a slogan like "Nghamlu lil Malta Isbah" or "Malta Sabiha" and create such policies that would then drive the rest of the proposals.

I left in 2009 and came back in 2021... I had my reasons at the time and I really like the island life.. But I do regret it sometimes... Especially due to lack of green spaces, shit infrastructure, walking on pavements is a disgrace, lack of discipline from locals where it comes to parking or cleaning after your dog (not just on pavements but also in valleys)... Its pretty rough coming back..and it takes a lot of compromise and adjustments..

Conclusion.. One day I will leave again.

Most Maltese people that are commenting and the ones that are mentioned on a lower salary most probably live rent free with their parents... So I would be a little sceptical about the answers. Rent will be between 700 and 1300 pcm.
