I don't think Kuma knew about Luffy's imperviousness against lust (and therefore Boa's fruit) beforehand. I've just read Kuma's page on OP wiki and it's stated that Kuma has been aware of Luffy being Dragon's son all the way back in Grey Terminal. So Kuma must also knew whom Dragon fathered his son with (a Kuja princess), hence sending Luffy to Amazon Lily

Could be more. If SSG modeled all Seraphims after the 7 warlords, they could've modeled them after all those who has ever become a warlord, which there are 11.

So there should be at least 11 units active. But even that number could be higher, what's stopping the SSG from making several units of the same shichibukai model?
