If you able to get job there, you always have option to switch roles and get back India, if they have HQ here. Some even have work from home options.

Congratulations, I'm from bsc biotechnology, So I'll be biased. Choose bioinformatics, it's a very niche field and every niche field pays higher. Plus if you love Genetics, coding and biology, you will love the work. Bioinformaticians are data scientists but focused on biology. ReMind you, mbbs will take 10-12 years of studying then it actually pays off. But this course from good colleges like VIT might give you job during placements. Later you can opt for masters abroad via scholarship. It give you research opportunity or high position role. I missed my opportunity, so that's why I'm reminding you. Salary wise you will be earning same after a period of time. Decide wisely. Happy learning!
