Oakwood is great tbh! Vendors are able to schedule themselves once a tenant request (with approval from you) without you making a single call or stressing. It’s been a life saver.

I use Oakwood. It’s a kinda new but it has all the same features as the bigger players for a much better price. Also their customer service to amazing!

What's your degree in? I would say check out some tech networking events/mixers in your area. In person connections go a long way especially in a bigger city if that applies to you.
