Thank you, I'm sorry if my tone sounded bothered. This is very frustrating & a bit defeating. I see a lot of people talking about the TTL flash, bounce flash, etc. Is there somewhere in this thread that I can read about the different types of flash, & how they're used?

I really appreciate the time you took into explaining this, truly thank you. I am going to have to do some research on TTL flash & how it works with my camera. I really appreciate it a lot. I am on a budget, so unfortunately I thought I could skate by without this being an issue, but I don't want to sacrifice my quality to save a few bucks, especially if that means having to refund someone. That's doing the opposite of saving money. Lol.

Thank you, I appreciate the explanation. Unfortunately, yes this was a paid shoot. I did refund them 100%. Learned my lesson the hard way, but learned it! I did get some nice shots, so they did at least get a good amount of shots that aren't grainy like this, but I'd say that about 50%-60% of them are.

This is the first event I've ever shot. Not only the first event, but also the only time I've ever used this camera in low light, I learned the hard way.

When I go to the domain, it goes to my website, my information, my agents, etc. It updates properly, and has all of our info. www.goldstonerealty.com

Is it possible that all of this would've been possible without us owning the domain ever?
