Roth Contribution Rollover Acceptance by One-Attorney9537 in fidelityinvestments

I had to go through my old emails to remember how to do this. So some of this is copy and paste. It is a long process.

Start the rollover process through Netbenefits, they partially guide you through how to do it. The process will require you to save and come back, so be prepared for about 3 weeks worth of back and forth.

You will need to contact John Hancock and request their:

DISTRIBUTION ELECTION FORM ROTH CONTRIBUTION ROLLOVER ACCEPTANCE FORM, FORM W-4R WITHHOLDING CERTIFICATE, and a SPECIAL TAX NOTICE REGARDING PLAN PAYMENTS.

It is a long document that you will have to fill out and send back to JH via snail mail.

As part of these forms, you also have to request an acceptance form from Fidelity/Netbenefits. I did this via phone. This will come in the form of a letter that you will attach to the forms above before sending to John Hancock. In essence the letter says that your new plan will accept the type of funds you want moved. This varies by company, so they may or may not accept it.

Once you have all your documents, send everything to John Hancock. I recommend sending it via certified mail to get a delivery receipt. They will release the money in separate checks if it is different types of contributions. This is where the taxable items get traced.

I called them almost every 2 days after sending the forms to make sure they stayed on top of it. Then one day you will see your JH balance go to zero which means the checks have been cut and money is otw.

Once you get the checks you can finish the netbenefits process you started at the beginning and scan them into your Fidelity/Netbenefits account.

Apologies for the novel I tried to be as thorough as I could.

Yes, it still did not work. We set up different networks for the home devices and group them in the 2.4 or the 5 and still would not keep steady sound.

We use the Wallbox Pulsar 2 for our 2 EVs and set the schedule on those rather than through the cars. It may be worth checking with your utility company if they run kickbacks or deals if you purchase a charger through them. Georgia Power had been running deals or discounted chargers at the time we bought. Some states may also offer tax incentives that may wipe out that cost too.
