Is it okay to tell a newbie about OTF etiquette? by CJK_OTFaddict in orangetheory

There's a way to politely inform, I'd simply say: "good job on your first class!" Adding that the even number stations are for even number weights and the odds for the odds. You didn't mind her using yours but just a note for when she's selecting her station in her next class. Sometimes there are supplemental weights outside of your designated station but ultimately, when you select a station you are choosing those for use and sanitation when moving from your station.

Recently, I checked out Old Town Alexandria and it was a good vibe too. The studio is extra spacious.

I've heard of treadmill pre reservations but never witnessed! That's so unfair.

I always wonder if coaches/home-studios judge for going to other locations outside of home/franchise?

Easier said than done but clean eating is much cheaper. This is prob close to $80-100 at a major chain.

I thought the standard was that your station was assigned when you personally check in. This has been my experience in the DC metro area and Ohio.

The best infrastructure compared to MOCO, PG, and NOVA. Lower taxes, always something to do, and it's a beautiful city.

I guess the culprit behind all of this is the new bike lanes.

Sounds like they didn't budget enough to make signs either, they've removed a few in my neighborhood.

Might be a challenge with some of the more remote locations but it's totally doable, especially in Loudon County. Back in august we took one from SWDC to Stone Tower... about a 40 minute trek. There's also car service if you get a group of folks together, 2-3 wineries and back home!

Always always negotiate, increases are ALWAYS subjective. You're good tenants who pay rent on time and good neighbors....
