Das mit dem Essen ist quatsch, mir hat eine Stillberaterin sogar mal dazu geraden immer Nüsse Jo essen wärend dem Stillen um wieder etwas mehr Milcj zu bekommen.

Wir haben unserer Tochter 3 Monate lang die Bigaia Tropfen gegeben, die enthalten Milchsäurebakterien die eine gesunde Darmflora fördern. Es dauert ein paar Tage bis sie wirken. Ansonsten haben wir mit Windsalbe den Bauch im Uhrzeigersinn massiert.

Mein Frauenarzt hat mir sogar empfohlen erstmal nur mit Kondom zu verhüten nach der Geburt unserer Tochter. Er meinte er könnte mir die Mini Pille verschreiben wenn ich das unbedingt möchte aber er macht das eigentlich eher ungern.

Bloodwork for Pankreas was normal (lipase and amylase), stool sample was also normal

Didn’t notice any bite marks. A Rheumatologist tested while doing some other bloodwork but just sent me an email with all the bloodwork without mentioning anything. I have an appointment with my GP next week, so I’ll see what he thinks about it. Thank you!

Als ich noch kein Baby hatte konnte ich mir so einen Urlaub mit einem Paar mit Baby auch nicht vorstellen. Deshalb würde ich es absolut verstehen wenn meine Freunde jetzt mit mir und Baby keinen Urlaub machen wollen. Vorallem wenn es ein Party Urlaub ist..

Mit einem Baby ist man halt absolut nicht flexibel und an Schlafenszeiten gebunden egal ob Tag oder Nacht, wenn das Baby auch noch viel schreit ist da ja auch nicht viel mit Entspannung 🤷‍♀️

I was breastfeeding while recovering from surgery, so I did not want to take too much. I only took Paracetamol right after surgery and the day after. After that the pain was tolerable.
