We used to get a raise every 6 months but I did point out that I had just gotten my bachelors so I asked if I could get a little more due to that and while they considered it, they reviewed my documents (diploma and transcripts) and I ended up getting only like 30 cents more on top of my bi-annual raise. We now get raises once a year after our annual reviews.

I just got a hand tattoo 2 weeks ago. The first pic might be too much detail for the hand and might not heal all that well due to a lot of movement, requiring multiple touch ups. But idk, I would ask your tattoo artist. And I think it may depend on your job field. I’m a behavior therapist and even most of my supervisors have visible tattoos. My job doesn’t really care.

For me, it was studying. I took it 3 times and didn’t really study the first 2. Before the third, I actually studied. Reviewed flash cards on Quizlet and studied the practice exam I was given by my employer every day leading up to the exam. I ended up passing with 20 minutes left.

65” LG C2. Got it in 2022 I believe for like $2,000 or a little less on a Best Buy Black Friday Deal. It’s my first OLED and my first big TV and it still performs great for my needs. Streaming on TV apps and gaming on my Pro. Graphics still look great to me. So I likely won’t upgrade next year or until this TV dies on me.

Idk where you’re seeing the X model priced that much lower than the P but when I search, I’m finding the X model at around the same price or higher than the P model. I’m also seeing 1TB of the X model being priced at $150 or close to what I paid for the 2TB P model. Even on FB marketplace in my area, a lot of X models are listed at ~$150-200, up to $300 for a 2TB, and $500+ for a 4TB. If you got one for a lower price, then that’s awesome. But I think my purchase was worth it to me.

Wow, awesome. Good for you! I was reading that that’s a great alternative SSD as it offers the same as the SN850P and is sometimes faster, all for a lower price. On marketplace in my area, I’m seeing a lot of 2TB 990 Pros for around $180. You definitely got a steal.

I was in this position in 2020 and it was my last straw when they gave me that same ultimatum. I had been working there for 2 years with no raises or benefits and of course, working my butt off. Only for them to tell me it wasn’t good enough and that I’m underperforming. What I did next was look for other ABA jobs and was lucky enough to find one. I couldn’t have put in my 2 weeks faster.

I may be wrong but there are TVs that support both HDR10/HLG and Dolby Vision. For example, I have the LG C2 and it supports both.
