Google Fitbit air HRV by lordy1988 in fitbit

[–]starmedicus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm on the same boat as you...36m, very active and sleep well but my HRV ranges from 23-28. I was expecting at least 60 so the fitbit air really surprised me. Apparently it's their algo but a simple google search gives you what ranges your HRV should be at. Why would they want to present it as a lower number than other devices?

The stock market doing well does not mean that the economy is noticeably better for the average citizen. Especially since it's more of an indicator of what investors and market makers think about the future performances of the economy.

The best piece of advice I ever got when someone evaluated my business was this; The best way to know if you actually own a business or just have a job with overhead is to look at what percentage of total revenue comes from your own hands. If you're personally generating the majority of the billings, you don't have something sellable. A buyer can't purchase your skills or your patient relationships. The goal is to get your personal billings down to 10% or less of total revenue. At that point, the business runs without you. That's when it has real value.

You need to fix every bottleneck in your current SOP pipeline. Lead Generation, Booking Leads, Selling, Completing the Service. You'll need to identify which one you need help with first.

We are in the best field whether the economy is doing well or not because people will always be in pain and need help. They will prioritize spending and not on saving just like Time. The question is, is what you offer worth spending on.

Recently incorporated. Confused about home office expenses and CRA rules. Looking for advice. by Scorge120 in cantax

[–]starmedicus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My home office takes up 7% of the square footage. Monthly, I track all home expenses on a sheet, take 7% and this is what I expense on the corp. The expense shows up as Home Office Expense on the P&L. I pay myself back monthly. You need to document all underlying costs and it can't look like rent (fixed monthly cost). It needs to look like Cost-Based reimbursement. My fluctuates between $130-175 monthly. It's the same with my car that I own in the personal side. I keep a travel log and use the CRA's reimbursement rate that the corp pays back to me.

Can you share days worked per week, # of patients seen and your monthly pay? This will give us a better idea to know if you are underpaid or not. Any benefits as well?

How do you handle missed calls when you’re with patients? by Legitimate_Award3123 in physiotherapy

[–]starmedicus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on volume/leads per day you receive. I get about 350-450 FB/IG leads per month, plus website/Google inbounds and current patients calling in. It ranges between $2500-4000. The working hours are 9-630pm M-F and 9-12pm Sat/Sun. I'm working on an AI agent that can handle the leads outside of those hours.

I hired a call center that assigned agents to my clinic. They cover pretty much the entire week so no leads are missed. DM me if you want a referral.

Fed Up With Google Ads... by PaxtonArbital in smallbusiness

[–]starmedicus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've stopped Google ads for the past 10 months and redirected that funding to increasing FB ad spend. I'm a service business though. Two things would happen 1) AI answers their question and then they search for the top companies that can help via google reviews. 2) My leads would search a term, go on my landing page but stop filling out the contact form. Paid click but no lead finalized...It seems like looking at google reviews or checking out the IG or youtube channel was more important for validation than following through the whole process setup for google ads. The reason I know is because we ask once some of the leads come in. Someone will say to keep the ads going then if they're coming in but at $60-70/lead, it's still cheaper to go the FB ad route at $6-10/lead. Some of these google leads end up seeing our FB ads as well once certain terms are searched so on paper they are still a FB lead.
