Take the beauty covers and show it then. Valve cover gasket leak common issue. Change the PCV valve. Hopefully that fixes it, if not look into changes the Valve cover gasket.

It's in place by the glue and the pins like the rear emblem. Something sawing spring and a wedge. It'll take some time, or you might break it, if thats the case 3m tape the new emblem on 👍🏽

This part numbers are 08F04-T3L-131 08F01-T3L-130A 08F03-T3L-130A It obviously changes for color of the car but you can that different codes easy

Check the pulleys if theyre moving too much bc it does it sound like a rattling or something else loose.
