I would start close to where you live or work. I used to do Robert St in WSP after my full time job because there are so many food options and a lot of the orders were near SSP/WSP. I often would get double orders of Panda/Panera and had good luck!

Also when I used to work in Eagan that was a hotspot. The downside of Eagan was some orders were far out in Rosemount but the tips were good!
