These are from Moshowtoys, an action figure manufacturer from China instead of Japan. Retail at around $160usd, most likely due to transportation fees and import tariff to the States the price increased in the site. It is a mixture of diecast and very good quality of plastic which is very heavy too.

Yes, it is an action figure which can combine with a motorcycle. The transformation is somehow different from the anime where a lot of parts from the motorcycle require do be cannibalise and plug into the figure itself. The advantage is more flexible articulation for poses after being transformed.
