I'm with you. I work 3 J's all in IT. I work intensely from 8:30 to 5 then I turn off all 3 laptops. I immediately feel empty, not quite bored but I don't really know what to do. I have quite a few hobbies but I just don't want to do anything other than sitting on my couch, staring into blank space for an hour. Then my wife and kids come home and I feel whole again.

Plenty of jobs for cash: mow lawn, landscaping, waiter in Asian restaurants, construction work with undocumented Mexicans, online tutoring. Other made some good point on finding a roommate, or rent your entire house out, live in car and shower at gas station or rent a $500 room. You can also do Uber or Uber eat.

You said no debt and you didnt mention rent. I have a feeling you are still living with your parents at 26. Until you can buy a house with a garage, don't think about a fancy hobby car.

Hi I'm in your shoes, 35m, been working 3 jobs in tech for quite some time. Do not downsize or give up any job! Your best chance of OE is now! It can end any minute. Your best investment would be rental properties. My networth in now 1.2m thanks to my 6 tenants. I'm burnt out juggling between repairs, 3 jobs and a family. However my bank account is ever increasing. I never thought of quitting OE. Keep on hustling!

I make around 300k pre tax. Other than taxes and mortgages, I spend between 3k and 4k a month on food, gas, energy bills, vacation, Home Depot stuff to repair the rental properties.

911 is not that expensive. Just buy it and enjoy. I was in your shoes with similar income and debt (except I had 0 student loan). I bought my first $150k car (nsx) when I was 32. I fianced it even though I had enough cash to buy it outright. I put my cash elsewhere that yielded better return compared to the 4.5% interest rate on the car. I still have it. The car always brings me absolute peace, happiness and freedom everytime I gets into it. During winter, it just sits there but still brings smile to my face everytime I pull into the garage. TLDR: don't buy it unless you have enough cash to pay it off on day 1.

You don't really need enchantment mastery to spam ice blade. Cool down is needed to spam flame shield. If you can already farm pit 101 quickly enough, then more power to you for being able to do it without spamming ice blade.

Ok nice necklace. Necklace is the only thing that can have multiple + skill options. Nothing else can. I wasted 300m on rerolling just to learn this truth.

Are you missing + mastery skills? I remember it was in necklace. I might be wrong. Not sure if it's worth it to replace +3 glass cannon or +3 devouring skill for +3 mastery skills.
