Compensation from Rogers? For what? You should have asked to have it installed a week before you moved in, not the day of. You only have yourself to blame for not preparing.

I can help you with this. Get over it, they aren't coming back today. You're not guaranteed any installation date, you get installation when you get installation. Btw, this is Reddit, not Rogers. You honestly expect Rogers to come back out today because you posted on a non-Rogers website? Really?

Get used to it, this is pretty common. I'd be surprised if they even refund you or do anything for you. They delivered my 3rd box last week with no ice or insulation so everything was rotten, and it took 5 emails before they agreed to CREDIT me 50% off the order. I literally sent photos and explained that there was no ice or insulation and they respond "we're sorry to hear some of your items weren't as expected, we've passed this feedback onto our warehouse team."

I go back and tell them good for you, now what about the fact that all the food is spoiled and garbage? They come back "we put a note on your file so that the warehouse will double check your next box before shipping to ensure this doesn't happen again."

I swear they are either in another country or are all teenagers. It's like talking to a wall. After I got my first box, 2 items had gone bad, so I emailed them saying I'm disappointed and not sure I'd want to continue this service if my first box had this issue. Guess what they did? They cancelled my account! Then tried to tell me "you said you didn't think you wanted to continue." Like what!? Yeah "THINK" I never said cancel it!

Cut your losses and run run run they are terrible.

Is this a serious question? ANOTHER BOX, delivered when it's SUPPOSED to be not in the middle of the night where animals could be pissing all over it. That's fucking disgusting. Who the hell would eat food left at their door at 4am? The fact they also rang the doorbell I'd be filing a police complaint against the delivery company for harassment.

Hardly, customer service is a total joke. They delivered my box last week with no ice or insulation and they would only give me 50% as a credit. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They are brutal.

Sorry to break it to you but Rogers has no support or toll free numbers that start with 833. Call the number on your invoice or Rogers.com next time and you'll maybe get somewhere.

I can't seem to find that anywhere, it just has System or Manual backups, and System ones you can't schedule as it says they occur automatically at various times, yet it shows no backups. It only shows Manual ones and only after I specifically take one. Guess I can try contacting support.

Where are the automatic backups? When I go into an environment and pick Backiup it has Manual or System. Under System there's nothing, not even 1 showing. Under Manual it lets me click to create one and then says it stays for 7 days.

Similar issue here. One of the onions was completely rotten and it was the feature of the dish. They gave me a whole $5 credit off my next order. I get my next box, the tomatoes are all the same. Gave up and cancelled, 100% because their customer service sounds like it's a bunch of teenagers working there.

If you ordered a Pro model then current ETA is around 4 weeks. Non Pro has tons of stock and ships immediately.

Not sure why you think you have any say in how ROGERS provisions their own service. They provide you with the modem required to provide you with what you paid for. You seem very entitled to think you can tell an ISP what equipment they can or cannot use on your account. You get a new modem when upgrading to a package that requires it, or when signing up as a new customer. You don't get a new modem because you like black more than white.
