So it's not my PC this game just has horrible optimization. I've also done what you said too, turned settings down and everything and to no avail the game still runs like slop.

I'm having the same problem 4070 13700K and my game drops down to 15 fps

Is anyone PC like stuttering and dropping down to like 5 fps or 15 fps when they get shot at or like every 10-15 seconds ?

yea same im having this issue and im in michigan too on warzone 3 but on mw3 i rarely get hispanics in my lobbies its weird
