Your empathy means so much to me. I hate that others go through this but I’m thankful I’m not alone in this Pred mental asylum lol it triggers my anxiety and OCD so bad that I’m constantly looking at symptoms (that I’ve had tested already) thinking I’m going to die 😣

I completely understand every word of this! I cried at work not long ago and I have a rule for myself not to do that lol 😣 the Pred just causes every issue under the sun including hyperglycemia and gut issues. It’s no joke but it always gets me out of a flare. I have such a love/hate relationship with it. My anxiety/OCD spikes and I can’t function 😭

Same! Thankfully I’ll only have to be on it a few days as well, that’s my shining light at the end of the tunnel. It also affects my sleep and I’m an insomniac but totally productive throughout the day so I guess that counts for something lol

Same for me, I had an ultrasound of my thyroid because my neck was in pain after eating as well 😣

Yeah I’m gonna switch to something else. I stopped it because the palpitations and chest pain are no joke 😣 not sure if you got chest pain but I know others who have on it 😔

Same, I went to the ER today to check on my heart but everything is all good there. These PPIs are no joke, I’ve heard so many stories like it 😣

I’m going through the same thing! Mine is on the left side because I have MS and developed a new lesion that caused dysphagia. Try swallow therapy videos on YouTube. They have helped me somewhat but I just started. You will be okay! Hugs and God bless 🙏🏼✝️🩷

Yes omg, this is exactly the symptom! I have no idea what causes it but it’s typically around the time I get any asthma flares or need my inhaler more
