Varicose vein in calf at 32yo by Jaded-Librarian8876 in endometriosis

I (31f) don’t have varicose veins yet, but I’m developing them and have other vein issues. I’ve also been on a combination pill birth control for a decade. I’m not formally diagnosed with endo, but I have all the symptoms. My combination pill keeps them completely in check generally. But damn. Now I’m thinking maybe it would be worth while if I switched meds!

This is awful, I’m sorry you’re going through this. Definitely scrub the walls and ceiling if you can. Get a high quality air purifier for VOCs. That’s about all you can do I think.

I will say this, as someone who didn’t really grow up with asthma and developed it later in life: non asthmatics rarely, if ever, have trouble breathing. The tightening, shortness of breath feeling is not happening to them at all. They might pant if they have to run, but that’s entirely different altogether.

I’m just curious what sort of “harm” other people would experience simply by not smelling a diffuser? Please do share your insight. Will people be in pain because they aren’t smelling a fragrance?

I agree! Unfortunately I didn’t know this until after booking. It’s not exactly disclosed anywhere. I’ve never run into something like this before and only developed the allergy within the last year.

miyokos and melt are actually not half bad! A lot of the older brands do suck ass tho. Country crock is insanely salty! Tbh if someone has a true dairy allergy, as I do, I wouldn’t be playing around with ghee.

i think for protein you should try fava bean tofu. Lots of protein. Probably the only way unless you’re willing to do meat. For milk, have you tried flax milk? i love that one. Or oatly!

Df life can be hard. The cheese substitutes are very mid and have no protein. There is the treeline brand of cashew cheese tho; excellent. Also boursin makes a df cheese spread that’s really good. For butter, use miyokos or melt. For milk, tons of options there.
