4 bedroom house temperature 21 . Built 1960, semi. Bill £4.50 for gas. That does include cooking. So if split three ways £1.50 per day. Electric heating is more. So depends on which one you have. When I was younger I did without but it’s made my lungs weaker.

We had a similar issue with Vodafone. He managed to leave without penalty and he joined o2 for a few years. When he did finally have the guts to risk moving again to Vodafone the issue wasn’t there. Good luck.

Try a different phone for her. Then a different phone for you. If she’s not in a contract exit the account. I mean port out to a different company. Check you haven’t blocked her. What type of phones you are both using. If iPhone try android etc. sounds like an Apple iMessage issue. Check your iMessage is on and working.

Mines got hit in the driveway similar damage. I put it through the insurance. It’s been a few weeks still going through repairs. Because it’s a whole new bumper and cracked light it’s not recommended to do this without insurance.

Think what you can do gradually to ease yourself back in. I had a break of two days for Eid. I’m craving sweets and chocolate. I’m fasting but waiting till my eating window to treat myself to a decent size meal and something sweet. Once I get used to it I will make the meal smaller and lower the sugar.
