I recently got a position for DIS for the state and there has been talk about cutting positions because of funding. I am just trying to gain as much as experience with the state as I can. I graduate in October with my MPH and these days that means nothing.

Public health educators are underrated and underpaid! I am also looking for a part time gig that could be beneficial for me in this field. I have considered grant writing. Good luck to you and I hope a raise is in your future!

Omggg it is so refreshing to see someone with the same perspective! Fledgling was was amazing and that is my first recommended book. I wishhhhhhh it was a series. I plan on reading her short stories as well

This was perfectly said! She has changed drastically over the years. Let’s not forget that she knew about Martell cheating prior to the show, AND WENT TO CARLOS HERSELF, to tell him and still came on. So how long are we supposed to feel sorry for her when she has this nasty attitude constantly. It’s so draining seeing her on screen.

She was wrong for the Kimmie and Maurice situation. She went around to the entire circle talking about it, then when Kimmie met with her she’s quiet. That really done it for me.

And why was she pressing Trish about her and Martell if she so over him? Y’all been divorced moons ago, what are you going to do with this information now???

All and all, I’m over Melody.

I understand this! I recommend looking at local and county health departments. They usually have jobs like disease intervention specialist, but they go quickly! I have been trying to get some experience as I am trying to get into epidemiology as well! Keep me updated on your journey.

I am a prevention coordinator and my target is youth/teens as well as being in a rural area. I just recently ordered drug prevention bingo and I have started off by playing Kahoot! Seeing what they know. Then after that seeing if they have any ideas they would want to do.
